You  may be asking, "What is the Hazlet Business Owners Association (HBOA)?  What can the HBOA do for my business? Is it worth participating?"

The  HBOA (501c3) is a business membership organization and one of the  leading associations of business owners that advocates for, supports,  promotes, and recommends your business to the Bayshore Community and  other association members. At the same time, your membership serves as a  valuable resource for any questions you may have as a new business  starting out or as an established one. Our members also include  businesses from Aberdeen, Keansburg, Keyport, Middletown, Port Monmouth,  Atlantic Highlands, and Union Beach.

The benefits of your membership are numerous and allow you to:

• Establish business relationships at networking events such as our  monthly What’s Brewing breakfast meeting and Business After Hours  events.
• Promote your business events on our website, social media, and email blasts via Constant Contact.
• List your business on our website with a direct link to your website and contact information.
• Meet with Mayor/Township Committee Members at a yearly breakfast  regarding the state of our community, as well as with our Chiefs of  Police about the safety of our business community.
• Become an integral part of our community events by helping to sponsor  township events, holiday food drives, local school fundraisers, and  fundraising for township emergency services. Member annual dues go  directly to these initiatives!

It  is the goal of the HBOA to increase membership in our established and  well-respected association of business owners, to revitalize the  economic business development of our area, and to offer various  resources for development, growth, and retention of the Bayshore  business community.
